• Position : In-House Sales Representative

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Key Responsibilities:

  Lead Generation & Qualification:

  Research and identify new business opportunities through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).

  o Qualify inbound leads and convert them into actionable opportunities.

  Sales Outreach:

  o Proactively reach out to prospects and existing clients to generate sales through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

  o Effectively present products/services to clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

  Client Relationship Management:

  o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

  o Follow up with leads and customers regularly to track progress and address concerns.

  Sales Process Management:

  o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
